We provide optional photo checks or ID validation to help members build trust. Verification badges indicate that basic checks passed—they are not endorsements or guarantees.

5. Plans and Payments

Premium plans are billed by secure payment partners. Fees, renewals, and refunds follow the plan description shown at checkout. You may cancel in settings at any time. Some features may be limited on free plans.

6. Content and License

You retain rights to content you post. By posting, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it to operate the service. Do not upload anything that violates copyright or another person’s rights.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use security controls and moderation tools to protect members. Please review the policy to learn about data collection, use, and your rights.

8. Disclaimers

We provide the service “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes or compatibility. Content created by members is their responsibility. We may change features without notice to improve safety and performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SugarDaddy.in and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. You may delete your account at any time. Certain records may remain for compliance and fraud prevention.

11. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues through support first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the laws of India and handled by competent courts in Mumbai. Class actions are not permitted.

12. Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect legal or product changes. If the changes are significant, we will provide a notice in-app. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
